After the surgery, you will need to stay in the hospital for approximately 3-4 hours and be monitored for bleeding into the eye. Such undesirable situations develop especially within 2-3 hours after surgery. After this period has passed safely, you will be sent home, provided that you comply with your surgeon's recommendations. However, if your surgeon sees a risk, you may have to spend that night in the hospital.
